Attorney Gladstone is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has been admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Admitted to the Bar, 1973, Massachusetts; 1973, U. S. District Court, District of Massachusetts. Education: Brandeis University (A.B., 1970); Boston College Law School (J.D., 1973). Member: Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. Engaged in real estate development 1987 to the present. Practices in areas of commercial leasing, real estate litigation, contested domestic matters, corporate and general civil litigation.
He has extensive experience in real estate conveyancing, first and second mortgages, condominium documents, mortgage foreclosures and evictions, and commercial financing. He has broad skills in representing lenders in secured transactions and has worked in the real estate development field obtaining and finalizing all aspects of complex commercial loans. Further, he has experience in obtaining permitting from all governmental and permit-granting authorities to enable the advancing of real estate projects.
The firm is an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title.

Miriam G. Roos has been practicing law on the South Shore since 1991. She began her career with the Honourable Francis J. Crimmins in Stoughton in 1990 as a law clerk, prior to his appointment to the Stoughton District Court bench in 1993. She then joined the firm of Mark J. Gladstone, P.C. Today, as a veteran practitioner, she has extensive experience focusing on all aspects of estate planning and probate. Her areas of concentration also include elder law, real estate transactions and conveyancing, and business associations.
A native of Lynn, Massachusetts, Miriam G. Roos graduated from Simmons College in 1967 with a Bachelors of Science Degree, Cum Laude. She received her Master of Science in Library Science from Simmons College in 1970. She received her JD from Suffolk Law School, Cum Laude, in May 1991. She has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since November 1991 and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since October 1991. She has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1991 and the Massachusetts/National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 1999.
In addition to her legal work, Attorney Roos enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and playing duplicate bridge with her husband, Dr. Peter Roos.

Attorney Merlin was born in Brookline, Massachusetts and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1975. Education: University of Massachusetts, Amherst B.A.; New England School of Law J.D.; University of Massachusetts, Boston M.B.A. Member Massachusetts Bar Association. Concentrates in real estate, domestic relations and litigation both civil and criminal. Veteran litagator & lead counsel in over 150 jury trials. Experienced appellate counsel having appeared before the Massachusetts Appeals Court & Supreme Judicial Court almost 20 times. Past President of the Brockton Regional Economic Development Committee; Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bridgewater State College. Past President of Temple Beth Emunah. Current Director of Ames Free Library. In his leisure time, Steve is a certified SPIN instructor at the Old Colony YMCA.

Maura F. Richards is a graduate of Newbury College, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law. She received her Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006.
Attorney Richards is licensed to practice law in all of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Richards is co-author of Uniform Jury Instructions for Thompson/West Publishing (2007) and works as research assistant to the Honorable William Young, Justice of the United States District Court, John Pollets, Esq. and Chris Poreda, Esq. authors of Massachusetts Practice Series, Evidence.
Ms. Richards focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and civil litigation. She represents clients in real estate matters, corporate law contract disputes, domestic relations, personal injury, consumer protection claims, landlord tenant matters and business litigation. She is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
